Client Spotlight— THE DINK
When Timothy Schnupp, owner of The Dink, reached out inquiring about creating renderings of his new 10-court Pickleball facility, I knew this was going to be a special project. Tim partnered with St. John Properties and leased a 23,000 square foot space to build his Pickleball mecca. He worked with their team on the design selections for the interior spaces and the layout of the facility.
As Tim prepared for his upcoming press release to the local community, he knew something was missing. He realized he needed something that could transform the construction plans and bring them to life. It was important for him to show his future members a realistic view of the space and what they could be looking forward to joining in the Fall of 2023.
Below are the images that we created solely from a floor plan and picture of interior selections like carpet, wall color, furniture, etc.
